We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used candles or products that are not in their original condition.
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Sale or clearance items (unless they arrived damaged or defective).
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at buzz@cireroyale.com. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Procedure:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment/Bank account. The pick-up is completely free.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on the situation.
6. Exchange Policy:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you will need to follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.
